Simple Mind Hygiene Exercises

  1. Check the attitude with which you have recently spoken to people or spoken in front of them. Write down reflections on the thoughts and emotions that appear before meetings. How would you describe the attitude that accompanied you?

  1. Please – soon, do an exercise called “calm head” – for 2-3 minutes just before the meeting/speech – sit/stand in a quiet place, close your eyes, imagine that from the very beginning, everything has been going in a good atmosphere, that your goal has been achieved, smile at this goal.

Think that what is best for this moment will happen, breathe calmly and deeply through your nose. Then go to the meeting.
