ElevatHER Methodological Toolkit
The ElevatHER Methodological Toolkit has been developed for trainers, educators, coaches and other professionals who wish to explore the platform’s themes through engaging, participatory learning experiences.
Complementing the online learning modules, the toolkit offers ready-to-use activities on power, leadership, personal development, resilience, digital skills, local activism and gender equality. Each section provides practical guidance for facilitators, including learning objectives, suggested duration and group size, required materials, step-by-step instructions, reflection questions and facilitation tips.
The activities can be used individually or combined to create workshops and longer learning programmes in both formal and non-formal education settings. Facilitators are encouraged to adapt them to the needs, experience and context of their participants.
