1/ Research: What are the figures for women in leadership positions (business, politics, administration, organized population) in your country? What explanations might be decisive for this? 2/ Look into the history of your country (or a country of your choice). Look for a woman who has accomplished something remarkable in art, culture, science, or politics. Familiarize yourself with her biography. Write her a letter. First note down what you particularly appreciate about her. Also note what you might find off-putting. And then just start writing. If it’s easier for you, do this exercise together with one or two other people.
