Instructions:

You have gone through the entire process of preparing and implementing advocacy activities for gender equality in the company/organisation where you work or in the environment in which you operate.

Develop an advocacy campaign to implement some gender equality solution in your community/organisation/business/department.

Steps:

  1. βœ… Choose one issue that you would like to see implemented that you cannot implement yourself.
  2. βœ… Think about who can support the implementation of this solution, what are those groups of institutions/organisations/individuals who have influence over the implementation of this solution, why would they support you?
  3. βœ… Prepare a short appeal for support addressed to one of these groups that you consider key.
  4. βœ… Develop a strategy for reaching the relevant group of people/entities with your appeal.
  5. βœ… Implement your strategy to gain support and describe what reflections you have from your actions – what worked and what is worth changing.
