Steps:

  1. βœ… Describe one situation in which you felt discriminated against or experienced micromanagement from another person. Think about what helped you, or would have helped you, to respond in this situation.
  2. βœ… Describe a situation where you witnessed discrimination and did nothing to prevent or counteract it. Think about what caused you not to intervene.
  3. βœ… Describe one situation in which you witnessed discrimination and countered it. What did you do? Think about what helped you to intervene.
  4. βœ… On the basis of the previous reflections, make a list of things you would take care of so that you can intervene in the future in a situation where you yourself experience, or witness, discrimination or micro inequality.
